Returns:
I warranty the furniture against breakage under normal usage. If you break it, send me the broken piece (postage paid), a description and photo of how it was broken, and I will send you a replacement piece postage due. I require the photo and explanation because it keeps people from deliberately damaging the merchandise through abuse. I do not warranty it against abuse. Driving over it with a car does not constitute normal usage.
Refund Policy:
Stock merchandise (except Pavilions) may be returned for a refund minus a 15% restocking fee as long as the item is in a resalable condition.
Pavilions may not be returned under any circumstances
Custom order merchandise may not be returned for a refund once construction has been completed.
Custom order merchandise that is cancelled once construction has begun, but not completed, will incur a 25% cancellation fee and the remaining balance will be in the form of store credit.
Merchandise returned for failure to pay shipping costs will become the property of Enchanted Encampments and will be liquidated for the purposes of covering the shipping costs incurred. No refunds or store credits will be issued for merchandise returned unclaimed by UPS.
Shipping policies
All merchandise heavier than 5 lbs will be shipped shipping due. In order to insure that your credit card information is kept as secure as possible, Enchanted Encampments does not process or store credit card information for online sales. Therefore, Enchanted Encampments does not have the ability to charge your credit card for the cost of shipping. I don't like having to ship like this either, but I've got a business to run and paying shipping costs without being reembursed has almost caused me to close the business to anyone outside of Arizona. I even delivered furniture to the Estrella war for little or no charge.
