It only has 3 major parts, and will work with only two. Takes less than 30 seconds to set up with no tools. Weighs about 70 lbs for stability and can be staked down for extra stability. It comes with a flat, solid base, so clothing doesn't hang down onto the ground and it's strong enough to hold over 200 lbs without the slightest amount of give. My favorite way of demonstrating this is to do chin ups on it.
